Seven Day Refund Policy

Here at Perfume Giant we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction and are 100% certain that you will be delighted with your fragrance and will have no cause to return the goods.

However in the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers a 7 day period to decide whether you want to keep your ordered items or to return them to us for a full refund.

In accordance with The European Directive on distance selling (Which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days without having to provide a reason. Please note: The '7 working days' start from the day after you receive the goods.

Should you wish to return your items in accordance with this regulation we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, however the buyer is always responsible for the posting costs involved in the return of the goods.

We will forward your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned items back to us. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging.

Delivery Information

• Items will be dispatched and delivered within 2- 5 working days, however, most items will be dispatched on the same day.
  
• All products purchased in a single transaction will be sent in the same delivery.
  
• There is a standard delivery charge of £2.50 per item.
